From 1992 to 1999, I worked for the civil litigation law firm of OSBORNE, JENKINS & GAMBOA and its derivatives. Since 1999, I have been practicing law independently to provide clients with the attention that they deserve.
Education
I obtained my license to practice law in 1992 after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law. I earned my B.B.A. in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Southern Methodist University.
Associations and Memberships
I am a member of the Nevada State Bar, Washoe County Bar Association, American Justice Association (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Nevada Justice Association (formerly Nevada Trial Lawyers Association), The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100 Lawyers, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Accomplishments
I have been appointed by the Nevada State Bar to the Northern Ethics and Discipline Panel for the State Bar of Nevada and have served on the Panel for numerous years.
I was elected and served as President of the Nevada Justice Association. I am currently on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association and serve numerous committees, including the NJA’s Ethics and Discipline Panel. I am a “Pillar of Justice” and a “Guardian of Justice” within the organization, which is reserved for the very few which are extremely dedicated to represent consumers and share the goal of improving the civil justice system.
I have also been on the Panel of Arbitrators for the State of Nevada for the Second Judicial District Court and the Ninth Judicial District Court for the past 20 years.
I have personally litigated hundreds of cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and have had several cases surpass the million dollar mark.
